After taking over ownership back in 2021, Chef Dave Todisco and his family excitedly began Rock Bottom's next chapter, keeping in tradition with the business's well-established, family-run nature, but elevating the menu to make this unique spot a modern fish house and so much more!
Chef Dave has been cooking since he was 14 years old and running kitchens for more than 20 years. Catering is his specialty and his passions reach far beyond seafood. As a resident of Plymouth for the last 25 years, Chef Dave knows this area well and is thrilled to add to the town's already-stunning culinary canvas. Joining him at Rock Bottom is his wife Patricia, daughter Angelina, son Matheus, son Joshua, father Mark and many other family members.
Patrons continue to enjoy so many of the favorites that put Rock Bottom on the map, but are delighted by the fresh and new offerings Chef Dave has added, including desserts and even his proprietary line of spices, dressings, sauces and dips.
